What this site knows about you, where it goes, and how to turn off the optional parts.
When you write to me.
The form asks for your names, your email, your date and location if you have them, and a few sentences about the day. That note lands in a private database and my inbox, and it is used for one thing: reading it and replying to you. You also get an email copy with my prices.
Nothing you send is sold or shared, and you are only added to my occasional notes if you tick that box. Want your enquiry deleted? Write to me and it is gone.
Cookies and analytics.
Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity count visits and show me which pages lead people to enquire. The patterns are anonymised, and I never see who you are in them.
I also run a few ads on Facebook and Instagram, so the Meta Pixel notes visits from those ads. If you send the form, my server tells Meta an enquiry came in (Meta’s Conversions API), with your email, phone and first name in scrambled (hashed) form, so Meta can match it to the ad you saw. It is used to measure whether the ads work, not to sell anything to you. Your note itself never goes to Meta.
In the EU, UK, and Switzerland all of this stays off until you say yes. Everywhere else it is on unless you turn it off below, and turning it off also stops the enquiry being reported to Meta. These are the cookies involved:
